Synthclipse Player is a concept (I've already started implementation) of native (written in C++) player that can be used to run demos created in Synthclipse. It will be much simpler than Synthclipse. It won't support editing shaders or Uniform Controls but presets created in Synthclipse will be available.
Synthclipse Player will have an API that will make possible to easily transform it into a plug-in to some audio/video players. Actually I'm already working on first such a plug-in - called FooSynth - to the foobar2000 audio player.
[2014-02-19] I have temporally stopped implementation of the Synthclipse Player in favor of first implementing scripting support and recording for Synthclipse IDE. As soon as I finish them I'm going back to Synthclipse Player.
